Raymond, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Claypool, died Tuesday night of scarlet fever and complications. The funeral occurred yesterday at 2 p. m., the undertaker and city marshal taking the remains to the cemetery for burial, no others being permitted to attend. Raymond was about ten years old, a lovable boy, the idol of his parents, who are crushed with sorrow at the death of him whose life gave such promise for the uture and around whom the tendrils of their hearts were so closely entwined.
