KILLED BY CARS
Henry Lewark Was Instantly Killed In the Spencer Yards at Noon TodayHenry Lewark, a nineteen year old boy, living with his parents just west of the tower house was instantly killed in the Milwaukee railroad yards at noon today. He had been working with a section gang at the depot all morning cleaning the snow from around the depot and at noon jumped on train No. 94 going east, which was switching in the yards. He slipped and fell under the train, the cars passing over his chest, cutting his body in two.
Henry Lewark is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lewark living in northeast Spencer, was an industrious, unassuming young man. He has been a great help to his parents and his untimely loss will be a sad one to them and his many friends.
