A. C. Meyer, a resident of Spencer for the past 27 years, passed away Monday afternoon at 1:40 at his home, 1193 north Main street. Mr. Meyer had been in poor health for over a year and was bedfast for several weeks. His death was caused by hardening of the arteries and paralysis.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Meyer home and 2:30 at the Methodist church of Spencer. Dr. Herbert Clegg will officiate. Burial will be made in Riverside cemetery, Spencer.
