Rosa Chaspnew was born in England in 1841 and died at her home in Spencer, May 21. She was married to Randall Parsons in England in 1893 and came to America 21 years ago and has lived in the vicinity of Spencer since 1897. Her husband preceded her to the home above about a year ago. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the Redfield and Cobb parlors, conducted by Rev. Thrush. She leaves no relatives in America. Mrs. John Zale, of Reimber, Minn., a relative of her husband, came to the funeral. Mrs. Parsons was a good woman, led a quiet life and had many friends.
