Mrs. Angerose Babcock at Rest
Last Saturday morning, May 13, 1911, she whose name you have just read passed to her rest from her home on Grove street. Death was not unexpected as her condition for several weeks preceding her death had heen critical . Angerose Secor was born in Racine, Wis., Dec. 14, 1845. In 1871 she came with her parents to Clay county where she was married to Thomas A. Babcock in 1877. She leaves a kind husband, one son, L. P. Habcock, of Manhattan, and a sister, Mrs. Harvey Jones, who are sadly bereaved by the loss they have suffered and the light that has gone out of their life. But that light, though unseen, still shines on. The funeral services were held at the home yesterday at 2 p.m. Rev. O.M. Bond conducted appropriate exercises, his kindly message being much appreciated by all presentInterment in Riverside cemetery
