Rites for Mr. Glenn Shatto

Funeral services for Glenn Everett Shatto, 68, 819 E. 8th St. Spencer, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from Warner Chapel in Spencer.

The Rev. Ben Fadenrecht will officiate. burial will be at Northlawn cemetery in Spencer. Harvey Meyer will sing "Abide with Me" and "Sometime We'll Understand," accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Dorothy Draper. Bearers will be Glenn Schoorman, Dale Snyder, Jim Lauck, Robert Koenig, Roy Shatto, and Dale Schoning.

Mr. Shatto died Sunday at his home following a long illness. He was born in Spencer, Nov. 23, 1902, to David and Susan Henaman Shatto. Mr. Shatto was a salesman by occupation and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Spencer.

He is survived by his widow, Laura; two sons, Dean Shatto of Storm lake and Lowell Shatto of Spencer, and three grandchildren.

Also surviving are two brothers Lester Shatto of Omaha Neb; and Raymond Shatto of Minneapolis, MN. and three sisters, Mrs. Ada Lowe and Mrs. Leota Snyder both of Sanborn, and Mrs. Pearl Beving and Mrs. Grace Meyers, both of Spencer.

He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters.

Warner Funeral Home of Spencer is in charge of arrangements.
