Dies in Sleep

C. E. Nielsen, 55, of Spencer, died of heart attack suddenly at his home Monday. He had been a resident of Spencer for 23 years and was associated with the Welder Solder Co.

He is survived by his widow, one son, Melvin, who is a student at the University of Arizona; one daughter, Beth, and his two brothers, Niels and Chris Nielsen of Spencer.

Funeral services will be held in the Cobb Funeral chapel at 1:30 Friday afternoon.
