Charles Emerson Rushing of 511 E. Live Oak ave., Arcadia, passed away at home, Oct. 28. He was a native of Osceola, Iowa, and had resided in Arcadia for three years.

Surviving are his wife Mrs. Edna Rushing, two brothers, B.E. Rushing of Iowa and H.M. Rushing of Van Nuys and two sisters, Mrs. M.D. Beltzer of Sherman Oaks and Mrs. Nora A Strickler of Omaha.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. at the chapel of Glasser and Miller, Arcadia, with interment following in Forest Lawn.
