Services will be held 10:30 a.m., November 28 at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola. Visitation will be open after 12 noon Sunday with the family present to greet friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Interment will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Osceola.
Cecil spent many years driving a gasoline transport truck for Pester Derby Oil Company and also a number of years for Martin Marietta in Osceola.
Left to cherish his loving memory is his devoted wife, Dona of Osceola; children, Trudy White (Bill) of Clearwater, FL; David (Sharon) of Woodburn, IA; Debbie Reinhold (Kevin) of Rigby, ID.
