Funeral servies for Mrs. Freda Amelia Woodin, 84, West Township, will be Friday, Sept. 18, at 2 p.m. at Berryman-Nelson Chapel here. A resident of this county for 65 years, she died Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Murphy Memorial Hospital here.

The Rev. Basil Padlock will officiate and burial will be in Walnut Cemetery near Red Oak.

The daughter of William L. and Mary Schaff Marks was born June 19, 1875, at Murray, Iowa and was married in 1897 to Ira E. Woodin, who died in 1936. She was a member of the Climax Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Cecil Burden, Granite Falls, Wash.; five sons, Ray and Pearl of Essex, Carl of Corning, Fred of Red Oak, Chancey of Centerville; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; five half-sisters, Mrs. Emma Saddoris of Osceola, Mrs. Mary Cummings of Monmouth, Ill, Mrs. Lena Saddoris of Osceola, Mrs. Alice Lederle and Mrs. Minnie Mathes, both Los Angeles; four half-brothers, Harry Marks of Humeston, George Marks of Sacramento, Calif., Frank Marks of Chicago, Carl Marks of Osceola.
