Mrs. W. K. Blakely.

Died at he home in Liberty township December 5, 1903 of paralysis of the brain. Susan B. Blakely, wife of W. K. Blakely, aged sixty five years, three months and eighteen days. Mrs. Blakely and family located in this township twenty-five years ago and has been held in high esteem by all of her neighbors. No one languished in sickness but what she was ever ready to help, aid and assist them, and the same acts of kindness was shown to her in her last sickness. She leaves and aged husband, six children, eighteen grandchildren and a host of friends to mourn her departure. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. Fye at the U. B. church at Liberty. She was a member of the U. B. church, a Christian lady, a faithful wife, a kind and loving mother, but she has been called from labor to reward. Interment took place at the Liberty cemetery December 8, 1903.
