MISS BELLE NICHOLSON

Sarah Belle Nicholson, the youngest daughter of Harry and Molly Nicholson, was borne in Clarke county, Iowa, May 18, 1893. She was converted about three years ago and was a member of the Sabbath school at Fremont church where she was always in attendance at both the Sabbath school and church. On the Sunday before her death she was present at the Sabbath school and two weeks before her death filled the place of organist at the preaching service.

Deceased was held at high esteem, both among the old and the young and will be greatly missed. She was blessed with a sweet loving disposition that won her many friends.

Miss Nicholson departed this life February 25, 1911, and was at the time of her death at the age of seventeen years, eight months and seven days. She leaves to mourn her death a father, mother, two brothers, two sisters and an aged grandmother, besides a host of friends.

A few minutes before death she sang "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder I'll Be There" and with a faith in Christ as her Savior she passed into the home of the blessed. A short service was conducted by the writer at the home of her parents at eleven o'clock Sunday and the body was laid to rest in the New Virginia cemetery to await the resurrection morn. On account of death being caused from measles, a public funeral was not allowable but a funeral sermon will be preached by the Writer at Fremont church, March 19th, at eleven o'clock.

The bereaved family have the sympathy of their many friends. May the blessings of God rest upon them, is our prayer in this their hour of sorrow.
