Miss Maude Evans, 80, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 9, in the Clarke county hospital at Osceola, after a patient there for about three weeks with a heart condition. She had lived practically all of her life in Murray. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Evans, sister, Mabel, and brother Otho preceded her. Services were held Saturday, Nov. 12 at 2:00 p.m. in the Watts-Soll Funeral Home, with Rev. H. W. Kinzler of the Methodist church in charge. Burial was in the Murray cemetery. Mrs. Lester Daniels of Murray and Mrs. Ferrol Rayl of Afton and some cousins are included in the survivors.
