“The body of U. S. Wallace, brother of Mrs. Elmore, of our city, arrived here Tuesday on No. 6 from Clayton, New Mexico, where he died last Friday. The remains were taken to Last Chance under the direction of The Osceola Funeral Home and funeral services were conducted there by the Rev. Mr. Galloway. Interment was made in Last Chance cemetery.”
