Osceola Burial For Harold H. Wade

Harold Hedrick Wade, former Clarke county man, died at Portland, Oregon, Wednesday, Feb. 17. He was 54 years old and a son of Mrs. Arlie Wade of Osceola.

Graveside services by Davis-Pence post of the American Legion will be held at Maple Hill cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23. Rev. Earl V. Nelson of the Methodist church will officiate and Webster Funeral Home will be in charge.

Mr. Wade was born in Osceola on July 1, 1910. His parents were Alfred L. and Arlie Hedrick Wade. He was a graduate of Osceola high school and was a member of the Methodist church, American Legion and Moose Lodge. He has lived in Portland for the past three years.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Glenda Koenigsberg of Bossier City, Louisiana; granddaughter, Rebecca and grandson, Douglas; his mother, Mrs. Arlie Wade of Osceola; two brothers, Raymond of Bethany, Missouri and Alfred L. and one sister, Mrs. Ruth Reynolds both of Des Moines.
