I don't have the images but it looks like your family is in the 1895 Iowa census. Thomas, age 48, b. Ireland, Mary age 38, b. Pen, Children all born in Iowa Chick, Frank 15, Patrick 13, Mary 11, William 9, Joseph 7, John 5, Lev 3, Geneva 6.
There is also a Sarah age 30 b. Iowa Chick and Mary age 65 b. Ireland in Stapleton.
There is a Thomas Regan buried in Mt Carmel Cemetery b. 1880 and died 1913 although there is another record which says b. 1878.
I can't find them in 1885 even though the children seemed to be born in Iowa.
In 1900 the family is now in Eden, Fayette County, Iowa with all the same members in addition to Lemon?? age 3, Charles 2, and Sarah V., under 1. Lev now is Les.
In 1920 Mary is widowed and living in Austin, Mower Co, Minnesota with Frank, Les, Charles and Sarah who is now recorded as Viola.
Going back to 1880 Thomas and Mary are living Utica, Chickasaw Co, and they have one son Thos. F, 5 months, and their last name spelling is RAGAN. Maybe Thomas F. is the one buried in Mt. Carmel.
In 1870 Stapleton Township, Lawler Post Office, Chickasaw there is Thomas, age 55, b. Ireland, Mary age 40, b. Ireland, Thomas, age 23, born Ireland and Sarah age 6, born Iowa.
In 1860 Thomas, age 48, Mary age 44, Thomas 13 are in Stapleton. Note ages are inconsistant with Thomas, Sr. and Mary.
