Here is what I have on Hiram Hall.
I have his birth of 1806 in either Vermont or NY.
He died between June 14, 1880 and January 1885 (dates of the two censuses).
There are some inconsistencies in these census but I also know there were many errors in the census information.

The subject of this obituary was born in Jefferson County, Wisconsin, and removed to this state with his parents, Mr. Hiram and Mrs. Jane Hall, and on March 1st, 1874, was married to a daughter of Mr. Alexander Jones, of Chickasaw township. The deceased was widely known and respected for his honesty and integrity of character. He leaves a young wife and one child entitled to sympathy for their bereavement.”1880 USA Census - Bradford, Chickasaw, Iowa - June 14, 1880

William H. Hall age 35, born Wisconsin,
Mariah (Spelling?) age 23 born Wisconsin
Jane Hall age 70 born Ireland, listed as a Widow
Eri Hall age 36, born Wisconsin
Harriet Bean age 12 - no relationship documented but possibly Charlotte Hall Bean’s daughter.I have spoken with staff from Oak Hill Cemetery and they have verified that Hiram is buried there with his wife, Jane Hall. The cemetery has checked their records and do not have any burial information about him. Jerry Adelmund from Oak Hill Cemetery wrote the following:
“Unfortunately, the deed book that Hiram and Jane’s lots were recorded in was lost in the 1940’s. Book G, in which it was probably recorded was mostly deeds from the early 1930’s. So it would be around or prior to 1934 or so.” I asked about Beck Cemetery because that is where Jane’s obituary indicated she was buried, he responded, “Yes, Beck Cemetery, is also knows as Riverton Twp (Floyd County) Cemetery. Many families removed burials from several country cemeteries to Oak Hill once it was well established. Riverton cemetery is north of Nashua on Old Highway 218. Unfortunately, I do not have them on my list of those moved to Oak Hill, but that doesn’t mean they weren’t."Coincidently, here is another Hiram Hall buried in the same cemetery but his wife’s name is Lenora and that Hiram died in 1904.
