Nashua Marriage Record Info

Can someone please advise me as to the best procedure for obtaining a 1929 marriage record in Nashua? I have already written to State of Iowa and came back with nothing found. I know exactly where and when my grandparents(Neva Frederick Lusk & Francis Adam Wagner) married at Little Brown Church, Sunol, 9 Feb 1929. Surely this is late enough that records were kept for marriages??
