OBITUARY.

DIED. - At his home in this city at 7 o'clock a. m. Tuesday, April 23, Mendy Cramer, aged 53 years.

The subject of this sketch was born in Russia 53 years ago, and 18 years ago he came to America, spending a few months in Des Moines, when ho crime to New Hampton where he has been engaged as a peddler, working hard and honestly and being as the rest of his race, a good financier accumulated a good share of this world's goods.

Mr. Cramer was a good man who was loved by his family and had the respect of a large number of our citizens. He is survived by his wife and eight children, all of whom were present when ho died but his daughter, Mrs. Joe Block of Cresco. The funeral was held at 3 o'clock this afternoon according to the Jewish rites and the remains interred in the Jewish cemetery.
