Hold Services for Frank P. Wentz, 70, in New Hampton Church
NEW HAMPTON — Funeral services for Frank P. Wentz, 70, were held Monday morning at St. Joseph’s church with the Rec. Hugh T. McManus, assistant pastor, officiating. Mr. Wentz died suddenly Saturday morning from a heart attack.
Frank P. Wentz was born March 9, 1872, in Winneshiek county, the son of William and Anna Dietrich Wentz. Mr. Wentz attended school at Calmar and Ossian. Jan. 28, 1902, he was married to Estella Ennessy at New Hampton.
Surviving are his widow, three children, Raymond and Merle in St. Paul, Minn., and Mrs. George Braham of New Hampton; eight brothers and sisters, Lawrence of Chicago; William of New Hampton, George of Ionia, Emanuel of Rockwell City; Joseph and Mrs. Emma Garver, both of Seattle, Wis., Mrs. Sam Shortly, of New Hampton and Mrs. Will Kurtenback of Elma.
