NEW HAMPTON - Mark Klenske, 45, New Hampton, died Tuesday, Aug. 1 following a one-vehicle accident.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Carl Schmitt as celebrant. The funeral nail will be placed on the caskep by his parents and brother. Lector will be Suellen KolbeU Offertory gifts will be presented by Jan, .Jeff and Dan lenske. Eucharistic ministers are Florence Throndson and Dan Geerts.

Interment is in Calvary Cemetery, New Hampton, with Jon Josephson, Steve Wegner, John Huffman, Bill Hoffman, Joe Denner and Josh Katz as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Kent Christensen, Randy Brummond and Tom Geerts.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 7 at Larkin-Martin-Hugeback Funeral Home, New Hampton, where there will be a 7 p.m. Parish Scripture Service and also one hour prior to funeral services at the church.

Mark was born in New Hampton on Nov. 8, 1954, the son of Ray and Lila (Lipp) Klenske. He attended St. Joseph Community Grade School and graduated from New Hampton Community High School in 1972. He initially worked at the former Oliver Corporation in Charles City. Mark later trained as a floor covering installer by Schrumsky Floorcovering in New Hampton. He operated Klinker's Carpet Service and worked part-time at Josie's in New Hampton. Mark was briefly married to Karen Ransom in 1973 and to Brenda Katz in 1989.

Survivors include his Parents, Ray and Lila Klenske, few Hampton; one brother, C.J. Klenske (Jan), Dubuque; maternal grandmother, Viola Lipp, New Hampton; nephews, Nick, Jeff and Dan Klenske, Dubuque.

Preceding him in death were his maternal grandfather, John Lipp; paternal grandparents, Max and Mae Klenske.
