NASHUA - Robert K. Chandler, 71, Nashua, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2000 at the Flovd County Memorial Hospital in Charles City of natural causes.

Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Chenoweth & Son Funeral Home in Nashua. There will be no visitation as he donated his body to the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics for medical research.

Survivors include his wife Janis of Nashua; two sons: Timothy- P. Chandler, Ardmore, OK and Christopher E. Chandler, Nashua; two Grandchildren; four sisters: Scharlie Johnson , New Hampton, Phyliss Lipa, Elma, Marvolyn Bast, Nashua and Leona Peterson, Green Bay, WI.

Preceding him in death were his parents Lester and Sadie (Sheffner) Chandler and one sister, Marian Balsey.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
