Funeral services were held Monday morning, December 23, for Mrs. Ella Osterman at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Nashua. She was the mother of Harry Endres.

She died December 2 in the Salsbury Baptist Home in Charles City, and burial was in Greenwood Cemetery in Nashua. Cheaoweth and Son were in charge of arrangements.

Ella Osterman was born January 20, 1891, and died December 24, 1970. She was the last survivor of 12 children born to Mary and Charles Guerndt of Hartford, Wisconsin.

In 1903 she was united in marriage to Daniel Endres, also of Hartford. To this union were born twin girls, Pearl (Mrs. R. E. Despard of Los Angeles, Ca.) and Ruby (Mrs. Kermit Miller of Slinger, Wi.) and one son, Harry Endres of Nashua.

In 1923 the family came to the Nashua area. The family circle was broken in 1930 by the death of Daniel Endres, after which Ella married Gerhard Osterman, who preceded her in death.

Besides the three children, she leaves seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
