Death of Jessie Coffman

Mrs. Jessie Coffman died Saturday, June 2, at her home, following complications of childbirth. Her heavenly spirit joined that of her babe, who preceded her in death some three weeks before.

Miss Jessie Weatherbee was born in Bradford, April (?), 1872, and had lived in this vicinity all her life. She was united in marriage May 8, 1895, to Mr. Benton Coffman, who with one daughter, Mabel, survives her. She is also survived by a father, Aaron Weatherbee, of Nashua, one sister, Mrs. Carten, of Michigan, and two brothers, Frank Weatherbee of Minnesota and Dell Weatherbee, of Michigan.

The deceased was a woman who bore the respect of all her friends and acquaintances and was an ideal wife and mother in the home from which she has been called so early in life.

The funeral was held from the home at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Piper officiating, and the remains were laid to rest in Greenwood cemetery.
