Death & Burial place of Samantha Hoskins

We have been unable to locate the death date and burial place of Samantha Wilson Hoskins.
We do know that she was b. Dec 01, 1836 in Clinton County, PA: married abt 1853 to Thomas D. Hoskins: Gave birth to 10 children, the last a daughter in 1874. The 1870 Census has them living in Afton, Cherokee County, IA. The family was scattered in 1880 after Samantha died. Since some of the family was in Hardin County we have searched all the cemeteries and records there, and now we must start in Cherokee County. I would appreciate any assistence from someone living in Cherokee County to locate Samantha's record of death, burial site and any other pertainant info.
