Lost Mac/McDonald Uncles from PEI, Canada - Farmers

MACDONALD, MCDONALD

I am looking for two lost great uncles - Donald F. born 9/1884 in PEI and his brother, John James born 3/1888. Their brother, Allan, is my great grandfather. They left Prince Edward Island maybe after the 1901 census - maybe after the war!!! Not sure. Donald last heard from in 1959 - at time of death of one of his brothers. He said that John was dead by that time. They were farmer's sons so may have been farmers in Iowa. Lots of descendants left on PEI and huge extended family. Souris area in Eastern PEI, Kings County. I would love to find these men and any family they have. Also, if anyone knows of an area of Iowa that Canadians immigrated to - that would help too. At least I would have a direction. Iowa is much larger than PEI. Thank you
