Currently, there is no master list of death records for Cherokee County. I am currently working on retrieving old newspapers on microfilm and recording the obits that I find in them on this site. Unfortunately, the earliest newspaper record on film that is availabe from the Iowa State Historical Society is 1890.

It may be possible to get a copy of her death certificate from the State of Iowa. The page with information on how to do so is here:

I will also add her name to my research list and if I should run across anything about her, I will let you know.
