John & Fanny F. Collins ca1875-1900

I'm looking for information on John D. (or T.) Collins & his wife Fannie (nee Pearson) who farmed in Pilot twp. Cherokee co. for a time and then had a firm in Cherokee named Collins & Minor by 1882.

John was born in KY and Fannie in Clayton co. IA and they married in Prairie du Chien, WI in 1873.

After leaving Cherokee co. they removed to Pottawattamie co. IA before 1900. Any information on the Collin's family, or the business Collins & Minor would be appreciated (what did they sell, etc.?)
