FAUST – Grace B. Faust of 658 East 17th, passed away Saturday, February 11, 1961. She was born August 20, 1884 near Cherokee, Iowa. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the Auxiliary of the Spanish War Vets. She was a graduate of the Iowa State Teachers College at Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Survived by 3 sons: Wallace and Ernest of Eugene and Rex of Walla Walla, Washington; 8 grandchildren: Ronald L. and Ruth Ann of Vancouver, Washington, Robert in the U.S. Army at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, Betty Grand-wohl at WSU, Pullman, Washington, Billy of Walla Walla, Washington, Royd, U.S. Air Force, Larson Air Force Base, Moses Lake, Washington, Pete and Guy of Eugene; 2 brothers: Dr. Frank Bates of Los Angeles and Dr. Ernest Bates of Aurelia, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 14, 1961 at 3:30 p.m. in the England Funeral Home. Pearl at 18th. Dr. Carroll C. Roberts and Dr. Carlton Buck officiating with internment in Rest Haven. Those wishing may make contributions to the Cradle Roll at the First Christian Church or the Childrens Hospital School.
