Harold N. Niles, 68, of New Hope, Minn., died June 3 at Robbinsdale, Minn. He was formerly a Cherokee resident.

Niles was born May 4, 1925 in Cherokee.

He is survived by his wife, Juanita; five sons, Tim Niles, Curt Niles, James O’Donnell and his wife Sally, Patrick O’Donnell and his wife Sandi, Kevin O’Donnell and his wife Nancy; two daughters, Sherri Benson and her husband Duane, and Vonda Anfinson and her husband Garrett; two brothers, Paul Niles of Moville and Mery Niles of Sioux City; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at Greenwood Funeral Home in Cherokee. The Rev. Jeff Krueger will officiate Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. L. A. Westcott VFS Post 2253 will conduct graveside services.
