Death of Mrs. Reiffenberger

Mrs. Laurence Reiffenberger died at her home near Cherokee on Sunday, March 8, of pneumonia. The deceased was born Nov. 30, 1867, near Korchivelier, Germany. She was united in marriage with Lawrence Reiffenberger in the spring of 1893 and after living a few years in Chicago they came to Cherokee. After eighteen years residence in Cherokee, they moved to a farm southeast of the city.

Eleven children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Reiffenberger, nine of whom survive the mother These are Mrs. Katie Mathew Leavy, Mrs. Mary Roskammer, Mrs. Maggie Stienke Mrs. Tressie Roskammer, Willie, Louis, Fred, and Joe.

Funeral services were held yesterday from the Immaculate Conception Church.
