DIED

HANCOCK-At Cherokee, Oct. 11, 1889, Warren Hancock, aged 50 years, of bronchitis.

The deceased was a brother of Mrs. Wm. Littlefield. His home was at Milford, Mass., and he came here about five months ago for the benefit of his health, being a sufferer from Bright’s disease*. A few days previous to his death he contracted a severe cold, and the immediate cause of his death was bronchitis. He was out to the political meeting Tuesday evening, so that his death was very sudden. The remains were sent to Milford for interment. He leaves a wife and three children.

*A vague and obsolete term for disease of the kidneys
