Lewis Shea, 66, of Cherokee, Iowa, died suddenly Wednesday January 9, 2008 in Davenport, Florida.

Private family memorial services will be held at a later date. Greenwood Funeral Home, Cherokee, Iowa is in charge of arrangements.

Lewis was born May 31, 1941 in Cherokee, Iowa to Lewis D. and Hazel (Robinson) Shea. He attended school in Cherokee at both Immaculate Conception and Washington High School. On August 2, 1967 he married Priscilla McBride in Denver, Colorado.

Lewis is survived by his wife, Priscilla, of Cherokee, Iowa; sons, Steve Shea and Lynn Pearson of Sac City, Iowa; Allen and Tanya Shea of Lake Andes, South Dakota; Mike and Danette Shea of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; a daughter, Kandace and Ron Nasis of Houston, Texas; son, Todd and Chris Kiefer of Wichita, Kansas; 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
