Funeral services for Emma Kaskey, 62, were held
Thurs., Feb. 19 from the St. Paul Lutheran Church In Aurelia IA. at 11;00 a.m. with Pastor David Oswald officiating. Burial with Wharton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery here. Emma passed away at her home Mon. following an extended illness.
The former Emma Louise Aldag, Mrs. Kaskey was born Mar. 6th, 1918 at Schleswig. She was united in marriage with Eugege Kaskey Nov. 2 1941, at Yuma AR. They made their home in Aurelia from 1945 until 1950 while Mr. Kaskey worked at an oil station, They farmed south of Aurelia until moving to town in 1978 because of her heath.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene; 1 son, Dale, of Aurelia; 2 daughters; Mrs William (Joann)
Dye and Mrs. Marty (Kay) Brown, both of Omaha ; 8 grandchildren; 2 sisters; Mrs. Leroy ( Cleora) Carstens of Ida Grove and Mrs Garnet Clausen of Sioux City and 2 brothers, Alwin Aldag of Ida Grove and Gordon Aldag of Schleswig. of Ida Grove
