Mrs. Lewis ( Mae ) Crane 68, died at 6:40 p.m. Thursday, May 14 1959, in Omaha following a short illness.
She was born Mae E. Parks May 18, 1891.
Since her marriage to Lewis J. Crane in 1914 she has lived on a farm in Spring Twp. Survivors include her husband Lew, 2 daughters, Mrs. Orville (Betty) Watt, Alta and Mrs. Garland ( Vera) Demaree of Bremerton, Wash. a son Dale Crane and His wife Leone of Aurelia;.and 6 grand-children.
A son , Harold (Bud) Crane was killed in action in WWII.
Services were held from the Aurelia Methodist Church with the Rev. Forest Flowers officiating. Buriel was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cherokee
