J.K. McGonagle, father of Conductor Jas. M. McGonagle of this city, died on Monday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J.Y. Cartano in Sutherland. Mr. McGonagle has been in feeble health for a number of years. He was an old resident of Cherokee county and a citizen very highly respected by all. His age was 53 years.
