MARRIED

Bechmann-Fobes-At the residence of the bride’s parents in this city, Friday, Dec. 4, 1891, Mr. Otto C. Bechmann and Miss Lucy G. Fobes. Rev. W.L. Ferris officiating.

As previously announced the above ceremony was performed at 6:30 in the evening, in the presence of some twenty-five or thirty persons, members of the family and close friends of the bride and groom. It was a business-like wedding and after the supper and congratulations of those present the happy couple repaired to the home all ready waiting for them on Piety Hill. The bride was the recipient of a large number of valuable and elegant presents from relatives and friends both near and far. The contracting parties are too well known to need any introduction to our readers. They start on life’s journey under most auspicious circumstances, and we join in wishing for them long life and prosperity.
