MARRIED.

LAWREY-PECK-At the residence of Wm. Peck, Sheridan township, on the evening of Friday, Feb. 25, 1891, Rev. A. McClinton officiating, Mr. Alonzo Lawrey jr. and Miss Lizzie Peck.

Many friends of both bride and groom were present to witness the interesting ceremony and enjoy the good things prepared for the occasion, and many more would have been there but for the very bad condition of the roads. A wedding at Peck’s has always been an event looked forward to with pleasure, as upon this occasion Mr. and Mrs. Peck were to five away their last daughter it was an event of more than usual interest to their host of friends. A wedding supper at this hospitable home is past description, and on this occasion there was certainly nothing lacking. Many were the congratulations bestowed upon the worthy young couple, and if good wishes count for aught their voyage over the matrimonial sea ought to be a pleasant one.
