Dr. Chas. F. Dwight of this city and Miss Jennie Huntington of Maquoketa will be married at the home of the bride’s parents at the latter place today. The couple will come to Cherokee at once and settle down to housekeeping in the Faus house at the head of north Second street, which is furnished and in readiness for them. Miss Huntington was a teacher in the Marcus school several years and is a lady of culture and refinement, with a host of friends to welcome her back in her new relation. Dr. Dwight is one of the best fellows and THE DEMOCRAT joins with all of Cherokee’s people in host hearty congratulations.
