DAVENPORT adoptions

I am looking for adoptions in the years 1910-1916. My grandmother and her twin sister were adopted by Jesse Cooper Davenport and his wife Anna when they were toddlers. Their given names at birth were Loretta and Wonetta Bigley and when adopted they were changed to Donna and Dorothy (Dorothy being my grandmother). If you have any information I sure would love to hear it. Thanks in advance.
