My grandparents, Alva and Nora LeGrand lived in Rockwell for a short time in the early 1920's. They had a daughter who was born on January 1, 1924. My grandmother said she was born during a big snowstorm and that the doctor was not able to come to their house until after the baby was born. The baby died on January 8, 1924. I am interested to know any other information that might have been in newspapers, church registers or county records. I would really be interested in knowing if she is buried there. My grandmother attended mostly Methodist churches but may have attended a Lutheran church if a Methodist church was not close by.
