St. Joseph's Cemetery-Mason City

I have found "tombstone records of Cerro Gordo County". In that list, page 102, is Ellen L. Seward, born 03 Dec. 1806, died 04 Feb 1913. I think this is the person I am looking for, but wonder about the birthdate. 1806 to 1913, obviously there is a misprint there somewhere. Could someone check the original list, the cemetery, OR point me in the right direction to find out the correct dates. Thanks Gay Murphy
