Portland hotel, Busy Bee Restaurant ?

In an old family album are pictures of a Hotel Portland and (nearby) a Busy Bee Restaurant. I believe them to be circa 1905 - 1910. The hotel appears to be out of business. I am wondering if they were located in Portland, IA because members of my Joselyn line were living in Nora Springs.

I could scan and send copies if I knew to whom to send them.
