Hansel & Otto in Mason City

Would appreciate anyone who can help me with finding the marriage record for Herman Karl Hansel born in Germany and came to American around 1884 and Wilhemnia 'Minnie' Otto born in Germany and came to the America with her father 'John' Otto in 1888. Herman and Minnie married in 1889 or 1890 in Mason City, IA. Their first child, Walter Herman Hansel was born in Dec. 1890 (my grandfather). I sent a letter to the records bureau but never heard back (that was a year ago). Unfortunately by 1900 (census) they had moved to Oregon. Any land records would be helpful also.
