I have been in contact with Janice from the Howard-Winneshiek Genealogy Society of Cresco, IA. Janice was kind enough to locate a Henry O'Reilley who ran a hotel on Market Street. He and his wife, Catherine O'Mahoney, had 8 children, one by the name of David who moved to Chicago, IL. My grandfather is David O'Reilley who was killed in a factory explosion in Arlington Heights, IL. The newspaper article states his place of birth as Cresco, IA.

David and his wife, Jeanette Baker, were married in Chicago and moved to Arlington Heights, IL

One of Henry O'Reilley's daughters married into the Thomas Fox family.

Anyone who can supply any information regarding the David O'Reilley, the son of Henry, I would appreciate communicating with you regarding the O'Reilley family.
