Anna M. Burroughs

Mason City-Funeral Services for Mrs. Ronald T.
(Anna M. ) Burroughs, 92 of 416 5th N.W. will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Major Erickson Funeral Home.
She died Saturday (Oct. 22, 1963) at a Mason City hospital.
The Rev. Lavern R. Hanson of Trinity Lutheran church will officate and burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Mason City.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. today until time of services at the funeral home.
The family requests memorials be made to the Anna M. Burroughs Memorial Fund.

Mrs. Burroughs was born on July 23, 1891 in Mitchell County to Lars and Martha (Peterson) Saug. She attended school in Osage and married Emil Bloomquist in June 1912 in Osage. In 1918 they moved to Mason City. Mr. Bloomquist died in 1954.
She married Ronald T. Burroughs in 1956 in Mason City and he died in 1966. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the church circle.
Survivors include one brother, Henry P. Saug, Waterloo and many nieces and nephews.
