September 14, 1925 - April 26, 2009
Owensboro, KentuckyArrived home on April 26, 2009 at 7:12 p.m. She fought a good fight the last seven months. Philippians 3:14 states, "I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."
She worked at Clear Lake Bakery for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle Illingworth Sr. and Thelma Illingworth; her first husband, Kenneth Holden; second husband, Edwin Crabb; two brothers, Jack and Ronald Illingworth; and a great-grandson, Stewart Rafferty.
She is survived by her son, Terry Holden, of Prior Lake, Minn.; her daughter, Lynn Burden (Bill) of Owensboro, Ky.; grandchildren, Tim Holden of Stillwater, Minn., Nicole Hammer (Steve) of Colorado Springs, Colo., Joshua Brood (Shelly), of Clear Lake, Hadley Rafferty (Greg) of Owensboro; 11 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Merle Illingworth Jr. of Albia.
