SCHUMACHER, Eugene 88 years-d. Sept. 10, 1965, burial at St. Patricks Cemetery in Dougherty.
b. May 9, 1877 in Alsace, Lorraine, France, son of Joseph and Frances Schumacher.
Enlisted in the Navy at age 18.
Married in 1900 to Christine Lutz, she died in 1941.
Survived by sons Eugene J., Dougherty; Marcus G.,Lexington,Nebraska,daughter (Mrs. Martin) Kundtson,
Mason City; Florence (Mrs Louis) Multhauf, Mason City and Louise Mrs Andrew) Marzen, Dougherty; ten grandchildren and thirty-eight great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
