MASON CITY ---- Linda M., Claussen, 55 of Mason City died Wednesday, May 7, 2003 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.

Funeral services for Linda will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at the First Covenant Church, Highway 18 East at Ohio, Mason City. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Linda M. Claussen Memorial Fund. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. ? 7:00 P.M. Monday, May 12, 2003 at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 North Pennsylvania Avenue.

Linda was born March 4, 1948 the daughter of Foster and Marjorie (Rosenberger) Langhoff in Mason City. She graduated from Mason City High School in 1966. Linda was an active member of the First Covenant Church. She sang with the church choir, was a member of Stephen's Ministry, and enjoyed youth group activities within the church. Linda dearly loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time visiting with them.

Those left to cherish her memory are: Son Bruce Claussen and wife Amy of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Daughter Dawn Eldridge of Mason City; Grandchildren Karleigh and Jordan Claussen of Virginia Beach, Virginia, William and Hunter Eldridge of Mason City; Brother Myron Langhoff and wife Dorothy of Mason City; Nieces Sharon Langhoff of Mason City, Shelby Langhoff of Mason City, Sharlene Deardeuff and husband Mike of Rockwell, Iowa, Karen Barry of Council Bluffs; Nephews David Langhoff of Mason City, Robin Langhoff of Council Bluffs; Ten Great Nieces and Nephews; Aunt Maurine Hurt and husband Sam of Coal Valley, Illinois; Special Friends Mary Perkins of Hampton, Iowa, June Pouline of Mason City, Joyce Clayton of Clear Lake, Dennis Block of Elma, Iowa

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Bill Langhoff, and niece Shirley Langhoff
