CLEAR LAKE --- Harry A. Babcock, 80, died Wednesday in St. Paul, Minn. Funeral services will begin in St. Paul Friday afternoon. The body will arrive Friday evening in Clear Lake for burial in Clear Lake Cemetery. The Ward Funeral Home is in charge.
There will be a lodge of sorrow at the Masonic Temple at 1 p.m. Saturday for committal services. Verity Lodge 250 will conduct committal services at 2 p.m. at the cemetery as a courtesy of Ancient Landmark Lodge 5 of St. Paul, of which Mr. Babcock was a member.
Harry A. Babcock was born Sept. 19, 1881, the son of Ernest and Jennie Babcock. Both of his parents are buried in Clear Lake Cemetery. He was a member of the St. Paul Scottish Rite and San Francisco Shrine. He was a printer by trade.
Survivors include two sisters, Genevieve Kugler, St. Paul, and Mrs. Leonard Angenette Forst, New York City, N.Y., an aunt, Mrs. Eugene Whitney, lives at Clear Lake.
